How much is a HashtagCutout sign?
One individual sign is $50.
Which sizes are available for a HashtagCutout?
All orders are different because of font choices and word length, but we try to keep everything around 36 inches in width and 6 inches in height.
How can I choose my colors for my HashtagCutout?
When making a purchase, please state in the 'note to seller' section what colors you would like to use for your hashtag. Just format what you want, like so: #(color), hashtag text (color), background (color)
Example: #(blue), hashtag (purple), background (red)
Also if you have color guidelines – please send the CMYK values or Pantone number.
PS: Our HashtagCutouts signs are fully customizable - so if you do not want a # or @ symbol - just omit it from your notes!
Do you send proofs?
Yes, we will send you a proof once we know which text and colors you want. So please make sure you give us a working email!
All proofs will be watermarked. We also do not provide a digital copy for personal use on any purchases of custom printed product, so please take care to proofread everything carefully.
Once a proof has been approved, it is very unlikely we will be able to make any further changes since it is in production, we cannot make any changes.
For a HashtagCutout, how can I choose my font?
Yes. If you have a specific font you would like to use and have the font file just message us and we will provide you with a email you can send your files to.
What is the turn around time for purchased items?
As soon as you place an order and we have all the information needed to proceed, it will be put into production and then packaged.
On our end, it takes about 48 hours after we’ve received approval to print.
We can’t really estimate how long your shipping will take, but we can get a Fedex estimate if you provide information about your shipping address. (Standard Ground Shipping is 1-4 business days within the 48 states, depending on the distance!) You could also purchase a Fedex shipping label yourself and provide us with the information.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we don’t accept returns or exchanges based on the custom nature of the designs.
